When did you first start martial arts?

I started training when I was 12. My father was worried about me and wanted me to know how to defend myself on the streets so he got me training judo with Roberto Fialho – a Brazilian Judo Olympic coach.

Who inspired you to get involved in MMA?

Although my father was the first person to get me motivated about training, I think my inspiration comes from my love for the art and for the sport. When I started training martial arts I felt like I was meant to do that.

Who do you feel was your toughest opponent?

Why do you compete in MMA?

Because this is the future of sport and I have always trained in different martial arts and now I have put them all together to become a better all round fighter

Is there anybody you would like to fight in the future?

No one in particular the bigger the better

What do you know and think about tonight’s opponent?

I know he has fought in big shows but the bottom line I don’t think his better than me we will see on February 26th

What kind of performance can we expect from you tonight?

I have a good plan but its a secret you will have to wait and see
